Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and economics from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and is passionate about leveraging technology to create sustainable and efficient solutions. An advocate for continuous learning and development, he encourages his team to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

In addition to his role at SST, Tracy actively participates in community initiatives and industry conferences, gaining insights into the future of technology and its impact on business. Outside work, he enjoys hunting, waterskiing, and spending time with family and friends. Beau Elston

COO

Beau is the driving force behind SST’s operations. He brings nearly 25 years of extensive experience in the information technology and services industry, progressing from hands-on technical roles to senior management. Today, he leads SST’s service delivery operations, where his strategic vision ensures seamless execution and delivery of high-quality solutions for clients.

Throughout his career, Beau has consistently demonstrated the ability to align operations with business outcomes. He has leveraged technology to drive efficiency and reduce cybersecurity risks, ensuring that IT delivers tangible value to clients across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, education, and financial services. His leadership is rooted in collaboration and innovation, empowering his teams to adapt and excel in an ever-evolving technological landscape while maintaining a clear focus on achieving business goals.

Beau holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Master of Business Administration from Viterbo University, combining technical expertise with business acumen to deliver exceptional client results.

Beyond his academic and professional endeavors, Beau is passionate about golf and enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.

Troy serves as SST’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), overseeing the company’s growth strategy, revenue generation, and customer relationships. With a passion for fostering innovation and delivering exceptional value, Troy leads the sales, marketing, and business development teams to drive sustainable growth and ensure client success.

A seasoned managed service provider (MSP) professional, Troy brings over 25 years of experience building high-performing teams, cultivating strategic partnerships, and developing tailored solutions that align with clients’ evolving needs. His expertise bridges the gap between technology and business outcomes, empowering clients to achieve operational excellence.

Before joining SST, Troy held leadership roles at Hewlett Packard, where he spearheaded managed service campaigns for JP Morgan Chase, Hershey Foods, and Rockwell Collins, among others. He has a proven track record of turning challenges into opportunities and delivering measurable results in competitive markets.

Troy holds a degree in business management from Troy University and certifications in ITIL processes and procedures, and Troy is committed to continuous learning and growth. Beyond his professional endeavors, Troy advocates for CIS compliance standards, demonstrating his dedication to making a meaningful impact.

Troy enjoys family and friends, alpine skiing, and boating in his free time. He is often found in his kitchen, creating the next concoction to add to his growing menu.
